Sock Lemurs?

My friend wants me to make him a sock lemur pirate. That will be a challenge but I think I can do it. It will be fun trying to figure it out. You don't see a lot of lemurs on Etsy.

I just relisted the sockmonkey jester in the gourd swing in my Etsy shop at http://www.pigglewiggins.etsy.com.

Operation Sock Monkey

I wanna go! Take me, take me!

I just signed up for Tagfoot. http://ping.fm/lfV6m Come see all my links and comments and my wishlist.

Want to join ping.fm too? Go to http://www.ping.fm.Use the code 'legendofping' and you could have the luxury of posting to all your blogs in one fell swoop like I do. Way more efficient than doing it one by one.

I'm not sure what 'ping my default' means but I guess I'll find out when I hit send.

The week sure went by quick. I had a lot more planned but didn't have the energy to do it. My hands are still sore from woodcarving, and so I've had to lay off the knitting and crocheting. I'm looking forward to the weekend. My daughter may visit. We'll see.

Come view my Flickr photo stream. Over 3000 photos I've taken are waiting there for your pleasure. http://ping.fm/3TTAi

Fix your Monkey

I just found out that monkey barrel (see link in previous post) also has a sock monkey hospital. So if your poor dear is missing a tail or stuffing or something, drop her a line and tell her Pigglewiggins sent you.

Oooh more amazing monkeys

If you want to see some more amazing monkeys check out MONKEY BARREL. She's been making monkeys for 20 years and is out in Iowa. She sells on Etsy too.

It took me a while to crochet the blue pants. The hat and vest are made of felt.
